we are sorry for his dissatisfaction, but we do not have a call center in Dutch but they are in English, the average costs of returning the goods are published on the site, in terms of sale, so they are not hidden costs.
Unfortunately, it is the transport costs requested by the courier, to collect the goods, and take it to the warehouse. The warehouses (logistics goods) are not in the Netherlands but are Germany / France / Italy / Spain, and for this reason the cost is not very cheap, but we hope to understand that if you send the products with your courier, the cost would be more high.
